“I like the pram but it would be better if the rain cover would actually cover the whole pram and not have my kids legs hang out”

“The MOMI trike that I ordered was good nothing was wrong with it. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the folding. Even if folding the trike it takes loads of place in the booth.”

“Finally received yesterday , was supposed to recieve on 24th November . Bike looks lovely but was covered in dust so had a to give a wipe over before packing away for Christmas. Not sure if the dust is because it was previously returned or just from the warehouse setting . Good product though 👍🏻”

“Ordered a car seat, the website gave me the option to choose a delivery date which I did. Unfortunately it was still delivered 3 days late, so I wasted most of a week not leaving the house whilst I was waiting for it. The website says they use DPD but it was parcelforce who delivered. I would have preferred an honest delivery date - I wouldn't have minded knowing delivery will take a bit longer rather than choosing a date that was clearly earlier than they were able to do. The box also arrived damaged, although luckily the polystyrene inside was intact. Could have been a big worry considering we were buying a car seat. A lot of this may be on the delivery company however it reflects my experience of buying from the company”

“rated this as "acceptable" because, although it was easy to order and despatch was extremely quick, your courier let you down. There was no advance notification of a "delivery slot" to ensure we were available to accept the package and, although we were at home at the time, the package was left in the communal entrance hall of the apartment block and not actually delivered to our apartment (on the ground floor), and thus no proof of delivery so could easily have gone missing.”

“The basket under is very small, alot smaller then it looks in the pics. And the hood is way too close to the handle bar when pushed back so is quite annoying on your hands.”

“The item arrived quickly and in good codition. I was a bit surprised that I couldn't choose which figure I bought and if I could have bought more than 1 for the £5.99 postage was excessive.”
