“Our system has its annual maintenance check which includes a battery change, if required. There have been no problems so we are very satisfied with the service.”

“I Received a prompt visit from the Link engineer to an old, faulty (non- Link) alarm which was giving false alarms. He was very pleasant and friendly, and quickly tested and replaced the battery. On testing the outside bell he discovered it wasn't even working and was able to replace it with a modern hi-viz siren box for a reasonable price. He carried these spares on his van, so saving a further visit. The alarm has been perfect since and I would again use and recommend Link Alarms.”

“The man that called for my yearly alarm check arrived on time and was very polite. He carried out the check efficiently and made me feel at ease. The price charged for the yearly check with access to unlimited call outs and support if needed for the next year was very reasonable. I would highly reccommend Link Alarms to anyone.”

“The guys arrived promptly and were very polite. They worked quickly & efficiently & did a great job fitting a 3 camera security system & repairing my house alarm. All work was carried out to a high standard with very little intrusion. I would highly recommend them.”

“I have used Link Alarms for over 10 years, they continue to be efficient, on time and friendly, explain what they do and why they are doing it. I have not had to use the call out service so can not comment on that.”

“We have have had our Link Alarm for six years now, and always had excellent service from regular checks ups to dealing with occasional minor incidents. if we need assistance we get an immediate response and an early visit. I would recommend Link Alarms without hesitation. The operatives who do the checks are always prompt, professional and polite. First class service. Well Done”
