“My alarm system has been working reliably for me since 1999 when Link first installed it. It gives me great confidence that it is tested & maintained each year - more so as we see the same engineer each time. Always friendly & positive, Link Alarms offer a very reasonably priced annual fee for their maintenance, which gives me peace of mind that should anything need replacing I will not face an expensive call out fee. A pleasure to deal with !”

“The engineer who came to carry out the yearly service was excellent. I was disappointed in November when I was in Ireland. My neighbour sent me a text message to advise me that my alarm was going off. My son went to my house and called yourselves, it was a Sunday, he waited for three hours and no one turned up or rang him, he had to leave the house un alarmed and ring again on the Monday. The following day the lady on the phone apologised, as I said I was disappointed as I had told my son Link Alarms responded very quickly any time of the year.”

“We have found the service from Link Alarms to be of the highest quality and the attitude shown by the service engineer and administration people when booking the annual service to be extremely professional and friendly. The engineer arrives promptly at the booking time and is pleasant during the testing of the alarm system which gives us the confidence and commitment to using the services of Link Alarms.”

“I have been dealing with Link alarms for many years when the two Steve's owned it ,and was very satisfied with what they did. a new company has taken over the a few years ago and they have been exceptionally good and I would recommend to anybody Alastair Sutcliffe”

“Have been with Link for years now after they helped me out when I was let down by the original alarm installer. Great company very quick response on the few occasions when I needed to call them out and nothing is too much trouble for the engineers. Complete peace of mind from the annual maintenance contract. Thanks to all the staff.”

“Paul has been our regular engineer at our previous address so pleased to see him again. Arrived well within the time slot given, always happy and friendly. Did what he came to do, worked tidily and gave us the advice we asked. We have never had a reason to complain.”

“Used Link niw for many years. Excellent service and staff too frlm office to the home call. When Link took over my existing alarm it was in an awful mess. They sorted it and since that day we have never looked back. A big thank you to thiscfirst class compamy.”

“I love having the wireless alarm , so pleased that we decided to have it installed. No mess, installed very quickly & efficiently and the engineer was really pleasant and explained everything in layman terms, which is great for someone like me who isn't very technical. I have a remote fob to operate the alarm and I can even lie in bed and set the alarm , no problem at all. ( it can be sent manually as well) I would have no problem recommending Link alarms. If you want to have have peace of mind wether You are away or at home , knowing the alarm is there will give you a sense of security, which is what it's all about.”
