“Overall, they were easy to deal with and managed to sort out the issues that were present. The condition of the property when it was handed over to us was poor. Mould etc on the couch and mattress. However, after getting on linleys case they managed to sort it out. There were also the various occasions when we had estate agents come around to deliver a viewing with very little notice and sometimes with no notice. As a whole they did improve, and my case may be a solitary one.”

“Great company to rent from in general. Helpful and responsive. Only negative point is the exhorbitent £100 + VAT fee to check out of the property, which is a bit ridiculous.”

“Jane showed me round and answered any questions in detail after the view. An option to see viewings without the tenants in would be good to offer. It makes it easier to go round (tenant kept listening in and following us around, not giving us space to look on our own but maybe this was just down to this one tenant). Bit shocked at how dirty the house was (year old food stains and smells) wouldn’t have come out easily even with cleaning from estate agency.”
