“I had a great experience at Linley & Simpson York because they responded quickly to setting up a date to view the property. Chris kept in touch as to his arrival time. We had a good discussion as to our wants/needs in a tenant. He set up three viewings, informing me of each - though we never got past the first one as they seemed a good fit and it all happened so quick. 10 days after he came to assess the cottage, our new tenant had moved in!!”

“I'd recommend Linley & Simpson York because first and foremost they showed a very friendly face alongside their professional side.they handled most of the letting to a very high standard,only at the last moment did a small matter arise that i felt could of been handled differently as mentioned...this was not a major problem but led me to feel somewhat anxious..overall all the team were very thorough and i would easily recommend all of the staff for their high standard of work ethics.”

“The experience at Linley & Simpson York was good because I was kept informed all the way through a difficult sale as needed a vast amount of paperwork finding but Neil and Alex where always available and helped a great deal with the buyers solicitor. ( I got a solicitor on line I would not advise this!!) overall Linley&Simpson were excellent.”

In terms of property management they look after my property and tenants wand take total responsibility whilst always keeping me informed.”

“Linley & Simpson York staff were good because they had my property all set up for viewings within 3 days and on my first day I could show people around I had 8 people look around in 1.5 hours. I chose the last person and the tenant was all signed up soon afterwards! I was astonished how quickly it all happened. They had several lined up fir another day but I didn’t need those as I had already chosen someone from the first day of viewings. I knew I was going to get good customer service as i know Linley and Simpson are good at that but I really did not expect such a speedy process of successfully finding me a tenant. I think it was no more than a week from first approaching them to the final signing and that was to fit around a day I could do the viewings. That’s impressive! Very happy customer”

“As previously stated I have used Lynley & Simpson for several years to manage our property and have always been impressed by their friendly & courteous and extremely professional approach. I have always felt that they had a personal interest in ensuring that we received the best of service and always kept us informed of any progress to resolve issues. When putting our house on the market the sales department kept us completely informed and gave us what we regarded as an honest valuation of our property instilling confidence that selling the property would not be too difficult.”
