“The whole process was simple, quick and easy to use. The bed was delivered quickly and on time. At present we have not tried the bed out as it is a guest one, but from what we have seen of it it looks fit for purpose and value for money.”

“The beds were produced to a high standard and delivered on time. I discovered that my staircase was too narrow to get the standard sized single beds up, so Linx agreed to recollect, custom split the beds into two pieces each, and redeliver all for a reasonable fee. All was done promptly.”

“Our purchase was very efficiently handled, and when we had to replace one of the bedheads over a minor fault, replacements were dispatched immediately. We hope to deal with Linxbeds again in the future.”

“I have been buying beds + mattresses from Linx for four years now and service is second to none, no-one these days is perfect but these guys are close. The beds are very comfortable, we run a guest house and have many reviews of comfortable nights sleep. give them a try you wont be disappointed, on top of this the after sales service is excellent .”

“Great beds - particularly the singles that zip to almake a king size. Styling good - we took the one with chrome legs. Excellent value and customer service. (The wrong headboard arrived initially but they replaced it immediately allowing us to get our holiday let up and running). I would definitely buy from them again and I would definitely recommend them.”

“I ordered 2 zip and link beds for my holiday let. I had expected these beds to be robust quality as they were advertised as hotel quality. The mattresses seem decent, but the frames don't fit together at both ends so we will have to do some work on them to get them to meet properly. The zips don't meet on one of the beds either which is frustrating and the upholstery is stapled very crudely. Not worth the money in my opinion.”

I am glad that you found the mattresses decent. I am very sorry that you had issues with the bases. We really do try very hard to make sure that goods leave the factory without faults. “Excellent communication and service. Great product at a fraction of the price of similar products anywhere else I could find, in stores or on line. My husband and I are sleeping so much better now, we are amazed! Sam our cat clearly approves as well.”

“easy to order, good price, efficient delivery, having to arrange for someone to move the beds upstairs was a bit of a challenge, the option to have the delivery service help with that would be useful although I appreciate there's a cost.”

“Beds are deliciously comfortable and look wonderful. Slight hiccups with the delivery - so had to stay in three times for one delivery but sorted promptly and cheerfully and now very happy. Would recommend Linx beds.”

“I bought this mattress after spending a long weekend away at a b&b. I suffer from a bad back and often sore and stiff in the mornings when getting up. When I was away at the b&b the bed was very comfy and I awoke with no pain or stiffness in my back. I contacted the b&b to ask them what type of mattress it was and who the supplier was. I have had the mattress for about a month now and still find it a very comfy mattress.”
