“We are impressed with the ease of purchasing, the delivery, the way it was wrapped and the quality of the bed. The headboards are great as they are wipe able so I don't need to cover them.”

“Easy transaction on line, the delivery was fine, however once the plastic was removed the mattress smelt like an old damp dish-cloth. Its a bit late to refuse delivery at that point. We left it to air for a while and now its been two months the smell has virtually gone. We thought it may well have come from stock in damp / flood area. Buyer-beware!”

I am glad that you found the transaction on line easy and the delivery was fine. I am very sorry that your mattress smelt. We really do try very hard to make sure that goods leave the factory without fault. “We were delighted with the ordering and buying experience of our new 6 ft Linx bed. It was delivered with little delay, by an extremely helpful driver, who assisted us in getting the bed into the flat. The bed was quite easy to assemble and we were thrilled with the quality of the product. Having slept on the bed for some weeks we find that it is most comfortable and very spacious, giving us both a peaceful undisturbed night's sleep. There was an area of the one base which was damaged and this was exchanged with no fuss. Altogether I think that the company from whom we ordered did an excellent job.”

“If you have a problem with regards to any of their products, call them. They offer very common sense advice and are exceptionally accomodating to alter and modify their product to suit the customer. Quality product. Timeliness and good customer relations. These beds are high end hotel quality and if sited at home may not be suitable for kids. High, meaning high off the ground.”

“We offer over 2,000 beds across Europe, for these to be configured as twin or double beds, which are comfortable (very positive guest feedback), easy to reconfigure (staff feedback) and offer the our guests the choice of two single or one king sized bed in EVERY ROOM - is great. We initially trialed 60, the next order will be for 250+, yes we're very happy! The only suggestion for improvement for the beds would be inbuilt storage to accommodate the alternative configuration of duvets when they're not in use (as finding extra storage for pillows and duvets is always a pain) - possibly adding a zipped flap on the inside / head board panel....?”

“Excellent products and brilliant service - especially when I made a dreadful mistake and told the company that I had not received my order BUT they had acted so quickly and professionally that they had married up an order that my husband had already placed and delivered all our goods together. Brilliant - absolutely brilliant. How we both wish that all companies and suppliers could be so very customer focused. Thank you!!”
