“I bought a zip link mattress. Quality is excellent at a great price. Delivery is on a pallet to the front door so it does need two able bodied persons to unload and take into the house.”

“I ordered the beds in a grey with drawers and I have to say they are great quality with very roomy drawers. Also the customer service was second to none allowing me to change the delivery date several times. Highly recommended!!”

“Excellent service and great quality beds. I needed to order for next-day delivery as the bedroom and en-suite bathroom I was refurbishing had been delayed and guests were expected in the following day. Customer service was friendly and efficient and delivery next day was as promised. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thankyou. Kathy King, Owner, Glenfield House Hotel, Whitehaven”

“This is the 2nd time that I've used the company. When I received the 1st beds I was thrilled with the quality, but horrified by the distribution service. It took 4 attempts and was finally delivered at 8.30 at night. A matress was meant to be delivered today. At 2pm I got a call to say that the distribution company had lost the matress this morning but had now found it and would deliver it tomorrow. As I'm at a funeral tomorrow it is hopefully being delivered on Tuesday. Each attempted delivery involves a 160mile round trip and arranging a friend to stay in all day to help me carry it upstairs. It had better be a stunning matress when it arrives!”

“I was extremely happy with the service I received from Linx as well as the product (6ft zip and link) with drawers. They kept in touch on delivery arrangements and answered any questions I had concerning the product promptly. No hesitation to recommend.”

“We've used Linxbeds both to set up our holiday property and for an emergency mattress replacement (organised at short notice when we were out of the country. )l I cannot praise their service too highly. The goods always arrive when Linx say they will and customer communication is swift, personal and accurate . It's lovely to deal with 'real human beings' rather than automated call centres! “I was very disappointed with the poor quality of the beds: poor stitching on the mattress with some of it coming undone; dirty marks on the mattress; zips not fully sewn on and sewn too close to the teeth making it difficult to fasten mattresses together. The headboards had very rough cut wood and one had a knot that was sticky with resin. Different sized gliders put together in the same bag. Visible wood when drawers are opened and fabric covering does not go all the way to the top. They just looked like 'seconds' or products that should have failed any quality control checks. I would not recommend this product.”

Hi Kate. Thank you for your review. Having collected and refunded you in full, within 24 hours, I am a little disappointed at your review. Having inspected your returned goods, I can confirm that there were quality issues with 1 of the 5 beds ordered. All the issues could have been easily rectified by us within 24 hours. We are a small family run business that prides itself on a very high level of customers service. To return £2500 worth of beds without giving us the chance to put things right, is I thing very unfair. Kind regards. Peter Hawes < Director

“Chose Linx Beds for our new mattresses after another company refused to deliver my order north of Glasgow!! So glad they did as the mattresses I chose from Linx Beds were 1/2 the price of my original order. I was slightly concerned about the quality, given the price, however I needn't have worried, I'm really delighted with the mattresses. Really great quality and zip well together. Delivery was within 10 days as promised. Fantastic. Will definitely use Linx Beds again for our Guest House. Thank you.”

“Bought this bed (actually 2 beds to zip together) and have nothing but praise. Delivery as expected. Better quality and finish. This is a guest bed and has been well and truly christened since before Christmas and everyone has said what an excellent nights sleep. I am also very pleased with the extra storage it is providing in my bungalow with the side drawers. Easy ordering and all my telephone questions were answered promptly and helpfully.”

“This is the best bed purchase my wife and I have ever made. It is supportive but not too firm and we are both sleeping better than ever. The company is good to deal with and do what they say when they say. Highly recommended.”

“We had expected the zip link function to be easy and quick to operate. It takes two members of staff, a lot of elbow grease and much more time than we expected to zip the beds together. This makes quick turnarounds from a double to twin room and vice versa difficult. I am now unpopular with our housekeeping staff for bringing these beds in.”

Hi Marguerite. I'm sorry to hear that your housekeeping staff find using them difficult. If you are changing beds from double to twins regularly, can I suggest that you only use the top zip. “Zip and link bed ordered for a holiday home in the Channel Islands. I phoned to check if delivery could be made to a shipping company. The customer service is great and when the bed arrived it was packed so well there was no damage whatsoever. The beds are comfortable and very quick to separate into singles. Would highly recommend and definitely use this company again.”
