“Each year when the general catalogue arrives I have enjoyment marking items we have purchased before for ease of re-ordering or experimentation with those we haven't. A little less enjoyment when updating price increases. The favourites on the website is kept up-to-date to facilitate fast ordering as sometimes happens even with the best stock control! Delivery is within 2-3 days and I don't recall many if any damages apart from external dents (usually to heavy boxes) over some 18 years due to internal wrapping.”
