“First class service ; webchat helped resolve/bypass online account set up difficulty; take order for retail single item; service department spoke clearly and listened attentively, took payment details; product despatched same day, received next day, with delivery time slot notified. Entirely satisfied with first class quality product ( firescreen fittings).”

“Was amazed at the turn around time from order to delivery. As I ordered chop thought would take longer. They were very helpful with all my quires on email. Really happy with the chop service and products I purchased.”

“Well what a fabulous company Lion Picture Framing Supplies are! When I telephoned for advice the woman on the other end of the phone was incredibly helpful. When I went to the click and collect desk the man there was super helpful and very friendly. And the range of frames are actually incredible! A fabulous business in the heart of Birmingham- felt good to be dealing with such a great British business. Thank you Lion”

“Excellent Company and excellent service. I live in a remote location and have never had a problem with delivery or with the quality of the goods delivered.”

“No need to pay ridiculous prices the picture framers charge. With care and a few tools you can make a tray frame for almost a 10th of the price. Lion service was reliable, choice of mouldings good. The only think that irked me was having to order more than £50 of things to qualify (excluding the VAT). Of course if you live in Birmingham, you can collect.”

“It's now over 40 years since we first started to use, the then fledgling Lion PFS, and because of faultless service, equipment expertise and really helpful and pleasant staff we continue to do so. We have also over many years recommended to our framing trainees your services, not once have we had any negative feedback. Long may it continue.”
