“The choice of products is huge, and the prices excellent. I had a question which wasn't on the product description about the weight of one item in a pack of ten. They replied to my email and were prepared to get one out of stock, weigh it and get back to me. As I was getting a next day delivery, it was not necessary to do that, but the fact that they offered was great customer service (Thanks Tracey!). The courier is good and all arrived on time. The one tiny criticism was that the outer box wasn't very robust and was torn when it arrived, but I'm aware the order must have been packed very quickly to make the deadline, and it wasn't a problem. I will definitely use LION again”

“Prompt delivery. Sales staff are switched on and know their stuff and are always obliging. I did find my discount code was not accepted for no apparent reason and two boxes of 4577B were substituted for 4578B which I ordered but your telesales staff are sorting this out for me without any fuss.”
