“Helpful staff on the phone. And never any question/quibble if I ring to say there is a problem with a moulding, they just arrange an immediate replacement. If there is any down side it is that ordering a next day delivery doesn't always work, but this isn't Lions fault. It would help for the Lion team to have contact with the couriers direct so they could find out what is happening. Other than this all good. No complaints. Hope this helps”

“Lion took care that the mouldings I ordered were cut the right way and also confirmed this by email. It would have been easy to forget or to get wrong. Fragile mouldings are always packaged carefully and securely.”

“The choice of products is huge, and the prices excellent. I had a question which wasn't on the product description about the weight of one item in a pack of ten. They replied to my email and were prepared to get one out of stock, weigh it and get back to me. As I was getting a next day delivery, it was not necessary to do that, but the fact that they offered was great customer service (Thanks Tracey!). The courier is good and all arrived on time. The one tiny criticism was that the outer box wasn't very robust and was torn when it arrived, but I'm aware the order must have been packed very quickly to make the deadline, and it wasn't a problem. I will definitely use LION again”
