“Generally I am very satisfied with the service. Speed of delivery is excellent. I do have a quibble about my recent order. This included some lengths of moulding, and I had ordered 6 metres of L2451 Arezzo Platinum. What arrived was 3 lengths , amounting to 8.10 metres. Now I know that the policy is to round up to the next whole length, but this was quite a substantial increase. As it happens, 2 lengths amounting to 5.4 metres would have been sufficient for my purpose. I feel that where there is a major discrepancy like this it would be easy to ask the customer if a rounding down, rather than up would be preferable.”

“Ordered some pre-cut frame mouldings materials were cut and ready for collection as promised Should be noted that they do take orders under £50 but only if you collect. I nearly did order so they might want to update their website”

“I am sure that what you sent me is fine... and your chat line is very good...BUT...via the chat line I was told that the weight of the mountcutter that I ordered was 15kg, and that it was 120cm in length. When it arrived it was only about 1m long, and only 2kg, I have arranged for friends driving out to Italy to bring it to me after Easter... but I wowuld have really liked it now, and if I had known it was only 2kg in weight, I could have asked other friends coming out in February to bring it with them. So I am really not terribly satisfied with this. Hazel Murray”
