“Not very good at all, I placed my first order online for a moulding that said it was in stock, I also checked this via website live chat. I was phoned 3/4 days later to say it was not in stock and there were not really any alternatives but they will cancel the order and I can look myself if I want and place a new one. If a discount or similar was at least offered of next order I may consider at least trying the service again but it wasn’t and just lost me a few days processing my clients order and left me to go back to them and apologise whilst my previous supplier fulfilled what I needed.”

“I've been using Lion Stretcher bars for a while - supplied through a wholesaler, but when they switched suppliers I decided to buy direct and am very relieved to have the wooden wedges again (the others have horrid plastic ones). Service was fantastic, and I joked with my business partner that I'd order some Lion bars, so it was delightful to find one in the box, when it arrived!”

“I am in France and use Lion all of the time due to the good service, the price of materials and goods, but I do notice shipping charges are increasing. I can only hope that they are searching for the most cost efficient couriers for me to continue using them.”
