“I've dealt Lion for many years, now, either by phone or directly from your premises in Birmingham. This was the first time that I've made an online purchase, and found the process very straightforward and efficient. The product was delivered promptly and in good condition. I did have a problem with the order, but this was entirely my own fault. I have been making regular purchases of WhiteCore Mountboard from Arqadia 'Alpine White' and foolishly assumed that your Daler product would be similar in colour. Lesson learnt: Get a sample chart before wasting any more money.. Tell Hicks”

“I received an order which was delivered yesterday but upon opening found some damage which I reported in an email yesterday. To this point (10.45am 1 Sep) I have had no response to my email. Please let me know if it was not received and I will resend. This is not the first incidence of damage and is often a result of poor care by carriers and their sub-contractors.”

“When I lived in the West Midlands, as a working artist, I could just pop down to Lion and top up with framing products and lengths of moulding when needed. Now living right over in East Anglia, I am a big fan of the Chop Service. Now I order very accurate pre-cut lengths of the moulding of my choice. They arrive with extraordinary packing and all I now have to do is joint and paint my frames. An excellent service - which I heartily recommend to my students and fellow artists over here.”
