“Quick delivery to Finland. Items are always well packaged. Lionpic catalogue is extensive and easy to navigate. Product descriptions are well thought out and detailed. Sample kits have been invaluable for my own testing and product development. A great service, all-round.”

“As an artist I have often used the Lion chop service for frames for my own paintings. I like the wide choice of mouldings, and the fast delivery service. On the last occaision I had problems ordering on-line so I needed to phone the order through instead. The guy who took the order was very helpul. On the negative side, postage and packing often seems quite expensive when placing orders that don't qualify for free postage. I am also disappointed that the "routing and peg" service is no longer available. For amateur framers like myself it made frame assembly so much easier.....I've had a few disasters trying to assemble frames without. For the two reasons given above, I'm not sure I will continue to use Lion in the future, which is a shame as the products and the service have always been very good.”

“Delivery eventualy as promised, on time. Problem of my own making in trying to change delivery address - input new data but failed to notice the save button. First delivery was to my old address. Neighbour called me and Lion changed delivery address and informed DPD immediately. Redelivery scheduled for next day but no show and trace showed it still in Peterborough! Finally delivered two days later.”

“5 Star, but nobody is 100% perfect! Had a problem with a next day delivery which didn't turn up. It's funny that this always happens in a Bank Holiday week. The Sales team pulled out the stops to get a replacement parcel to me in time for my urgent job. Thanks Lion.”

“Quick delivery of the items ordered. However, insuficient packaging meant that all of the 20 sheets of mountboard ordered had one corner crushed. Fortunately, I am usually able to cut sizes that mean this is not needed, but it would be nice to have undamaged board to use. Two boards had dirty finger marks on from handling.”

“The 'Poor' rating reflects [as far as I can tell] the carrier rather than Lion, but there was no other way to draw this to your attention. We eventually received our goods on the 9th having been promised them on either the 5/6th. We had to make a number of phone calls to both Tuffnells and Lion as no one from either company had contacted us about the issues. I have taken photos of the condition of the packaging, which I can send if you need to see them. The contents were intact, but the only information we received was that paint had been spilled on the package and they were not prepared to transport it until it was dry in case it damaged other consignments on the van.”

“on my first order, I had paid for next day delivery. Based on the email notification, Lion didn't send out the order until the next day (around 9.25am), but I still got it by same day courier at about 3.15pm! Really impressed. ;-)”

“This was my first order with Lion. I was pleased to receive a very quick confirmation with expected date for delivery and even more pleased to receive subsequent notification that the order was being delivered a day earlier. I got plenty of warning of the delivery slot on the day and found the items I'd ordered were very well packed.”
