“I live offshore - on one of Orkneys outer isles, so delivery can be a real hassle. I usually ignore all those 'next day' promises, cus next week is good up here. Lion delivered my mount board in 3 days - and it wasn't bashed or smashed or curled at the edges. Good price, up front delivery charge (not unreasonable tho free would be lovely) and great delivery. What's not to like?”

“Hi we ordered a couple of frames on your chop service, the telephone service is excellent And your customer service people are very knowledgable, unfortunately we received our order a day later than expected but was damaged on arrival with the fittings gone missing in transit, I did not take in the delivery in person but I believe courier was very accepting of the damage and took a pic and would report, upon calling again receiving excellent customer service to replace missing fittings, these things happen but dealt with in exemplirary fashion. Thanks”

“speedy service with a polite and helpful staff. Any minor problems, which up to now, have been quickly resolved. No major issues Some printing errors in current catalogue. which hopefully will be resolved in the next issue.”

“I am still missing the convenience of visiting Lion South. I was also disappointed in the ending of your dedicated van service. However the service and delivery are very good on the whole. I will continue to use Lion for as long as the current service remains as It is.”

“Good range of frame profiles for 'chop service'. The frames I ordered were of nice quality and very precisely made, and I received them the next day. Shame that there is no delivery option for orders below £30 (before VAT).”
