“Drop shipping from Amazon with no responsibility for the return policy. Ordered a leather bracelet as anniversary gift, but messed up with the size. This is what I got after requesting to exchange the size. "Unfortunately, if the alternative size is required you will need to place a new order" Do not waste your money there”

“Really terrible product was sent to me with tons of faults and flaws. They only offered 10% refund, it feels like a scam honestly. So cheap and grim, it was meant to be a gift but it’s embarrassing. Can’t give that to anyone, I would steer clear, the customer services were repetitive and lead nowhere too.”

“My order arrived (an engraved necklace) but the engraving wasn’t quite right. I contacted Lisa Angel customer services and they were wonderful. So incredibly helpful and sent me a replacement which I am over the moon with. Excellent quality, price and outstanding customer service. Order arrived on time as well and was packaged beautifully. I will be back and I have recommended Lisa Angel to friends and family.”

“Lisa Angel have a fantastic range of products for all budgets. There's always something new on there and the sales are fantastic. Customer service is really good and packaging is really nice. The website is easy to use and delivery is good. I love buying little gifts for friends from there.”
