“Unfortunately my teapot arrived broken. I phoned them up and sent a picture via WhatsApp . Spoke to a nice lady and they are sending out a replacement straight away with more packing. I asked could i send the old one back as it’s only the lid broken and she said I could keep it or dispose of it…very good customer service. Fingers crossed the second arrives ok. Highly recommend…”
