“I put the incorrect postcode on the delivery address. Little Skin Shop asked Hermes to call it back and then I have heard nothing back from little skin shop and Hermes can’t help me as they say they returned the parcel. No phone number to contact LSS and they have not answered emails. Not impressed and out of pocket with no product.”

“the wrong product was sent which was quickly resolved. However the lack of a phone number to ring to resolve the problem is very poor and is the reason for the review not being higher”

“This order of elemis Pro collagen was fine but last order jar was half full when I complained was told manufacturing fault but that was not customer fault although I would rate product and delivery with 5 you certainly fell down on customer service so that is why I took so long to order again”

“My only issue I paid £3 on top for a quick delivery which did not happen. It was Xmas I know. But the site is good value. I would like my £3 back as it wasn't delivered in the time scale I believed I'd payed for. But I will use site aain. Thanks.”

“Placed an order with LSS. Nightmare with Hermes getting the parcel [not] delivered. Customer service was average. Parcel was resent with DPD who didn't buzz [despite us waiting in], and instead took a photo of the outside tenement door and then took to local drop off point. Prices are good, products are genuine but for the amount of hassle with delivery I wouldn't order with them again.”
