*Con artists - buyer beware! * Having placed several orders with LittleSkinShop previously I was pleased with the products. However, I placed a large order which included two Elemis Illuminating Balms, one for myself and other as a gift. I used the one balm and put it over my face but the smell was absolutely vulgar, it had clearly gone-off. Thinking I would return that one, I opened the second and smelled it and it was exactly the same - repulsive smell which was clearly passed its best. I contacted LittleSkinShop and advised them that I would be returning the products for a refund. I sent them both back recorded delivery. A week later I contacted them again and they advised due to their returns policy they would not be refunding me the money for the products! Their returns policy states that any products that are opened would not be eligible for a refund!! This is an absurd return policy due to the nature of the products sold - you have to open them to know if the products are suitable for spreading on your face!! Zero customer service. Will never receive my regular custom again. Avoid like the plague!

Hello I’ve haven’t received my item yet Hermes tried to deliver Saturday 14th if March & then again Tuesday 17th March I received an email from them Tuesday afternoon saying that they been 3 times & sent it back to yourself why didn’t they push a card through on Saturday to arrange another delivery I had no idea they’d even been until they emailed me on the Tuesday very dissapionted as this was I Mother’s Day gift it’s not your fault but Hermes need telling

Absolutely terrible, do not recommend! Been waiting a week and a half after paying extra for 2 day delivery! APC delivery Falsely claims to have ‘carded’ on 2 occasions both when I was in all day and no card received!

Communication is a problem with you. I expected to receive a confirmatory email but as you didnt send one. We reordered the product and got 2. Not good in the long term for my purse and future business with you.

I will not be using this company again. I ordered some Elemis cleanser. The delivery person put it in a smelly bin outside my house despite me saying on the delivery instructions to deliver to my neighbour if I was out. I didn’t want to use it as it had been sat in my bin for some time. Returned it to little skin shop (side note, they wouldn’t pay my return postage) and I still haven’t received my refund. This has been some time now. They have shown a complete lack of customer care. Do not use!

Ordered Elemis pro collagen cleansing balm and didn't receive any news for nearly a month then got told my parcel was lost by Hermes and no more product was in stock to reorder !!! Very unsatisfied with this considering I ordered the balm on sale which got ‘lost by their system’. Only got a refund

I have been a regular customer for around 3 years. I will not be ordering again due to the fact that Hermes always place my parcels in the bin among rotting rubbish. I find this so unhygienic. I was unable to make a complaint and simply received a curt, unhelpful reply when I emailed. You need to improve customer service and you need to urgently change couriers.

I have not received my order. This company uses Hermes which is an unreliable courier and are known to lose parcels. I have contacted the little skin shop twice now stating I have not received my order and no one has been bothered to answer me. Although, the products are discounted it’s more trouble than it’s worth. I have lost out on £40. I would have preferred to pay full price to avoid all the hassle. Poor customer service. If you have a problem don’t expect to get an answer. Very disappointed. I’ve gave it one star because you have to rate them but to be honest it’s a no star for me. Very disappointed.

Awful service. Received product and is faulty and have sent several emails and only had one response to which I am still awaiting a reply! Spent £40 on product that is in useable and not able to get this resolved! Do not use these people until they get their customer service sorted!
