“I ordered on the 7th December and the product still hasn't arrived. I have emailed the sales team twice and have said hey are awaiting a reply from Hermes. Overall, I wont ve ordering again from them.”

Unfortunately we are required to follow the procedure laid out by our couriers when parcels are not delivered as expected. If and when it is confirmed that a parcel is missing we always refund or replace.

“I am still waiting to receive my parcel. Evidently the packaging has been damaged in transit. I had an email saying did I still want to receive it!!!!!”

“My experience was awful the delivery company that was used said they delivered my parcel and they didn’t I had to send so many emails and phone calls to try and sort this out I would never use this company again”

“Very disappointed with this company I have emailed several times and have now given up! They told me my delivery had been delivered....it hadn’t. I emailed asking for proof and I was told the sat nav says it dropped at my address!.... It didn’t! Looking at the delivery details it said it was put through my letter box, that in itself would of been quite an achievement. Haven’t heard anything from this company since, simply bought said item elsewhere. Would never use this company again!”

“I haven't received what I've ordered and paid for and they are not responding to emails. There is no telephone contact number. Hermes are not responding either on their tracking site. Not impressed and won't be using them again. Use at your own peril, you have been warned.”

“Really disappointed after using the little skin shop many times before! My parcel on the 24th September was not delivered - I have tried to get in touch with the little skin shop but there is no telephone number. Very frustrating!!”

“I placed an order received order confirmation saying in process then another email stating delivery date and time. Waited for my parcel at home where delivery was to be made. Hermes courier didnt even attempt to deliver to my address no knock on door or ring my doorbell. Then get email saying parcel delivered to another house 6 doors down and signed for. I went to that house with the delivery slip posted through my letter box,but the people say they never got my parcel. Really upset no contact phone numbers to chase the parcel. Terrible customer service!”

“I ordered a product 3 weeks ago. When it arrived, the product was only half full so contacted the little skin shop regarding this. Their response was delayed and only contactable via email. When I finally received a response, they arranged for a product to be resent. It was sent on a day when I was not available and it required a signature so I Had to rearrange for another day delivery. Having contacted the courier, the time Slot issued was when I was not going to be in again. I have now been waiting for the product for way to long and can not resolve this problem having already spent time and money on phone calls and emails.”

“I still am waiting for my delivery of the Elemis Face cream I have just checked the tracking number which says the parcel was delivered , this is not the case . “My parcel never arrived, paid in full for 4 products, when contacted the little skin shop said it was down to the courier. Horrible service, it was a scam.”

We advised the local couriers held the parcel and provided you with their contact details. If you have not arranged a re-delivery they will return the parcel to us and we will refund you when it arrives. This is standard operating behaviour for all couriers and the furthest thing in the world from a 'scam'.

“Hermes had parcel I was in all day and then before they delivered sent me and email saying error and technical issue I have to contact the little skin shop .. emailed them no response .. paid but no items received ! Think I have been scammed :( AVOID”
