“I have yet to receive my order and money was taken out of my account. I had a yodel message to say the product was delivered on the 23rd December. It hasn’t been and I’ve been charged”

“I haven't actually received my items. I had an email from Yodel to say they had left a calling card - but no card was left at my address. I then rang and left a voicemail message on the delivery person's mobile number on the email - but never heard anything. I then clicked on the tracking section of the Yodel website and provided an alternative delivery address. I've logged on today to be told the items have been returned to sender. Please can you resend my items or provide a full refund?”

“Item didn’t arrive by the date given. Two days after latest arrival date and it still hasn’t turned up. Rubbish.”

“Received my biotec cleanser. The pump doesn't work- emailed little skin shop as this is not what I would expect from a cleanser of this price. I've received no response. Not a very happy customer.”
