“Instore customer service did as much as they could with a terrible return policy. We won’t be buying from Living Spaces again. The quality was terrible and their return policy is awful. Especially in a day and age where things are mostly shipped. Buy from somewhere else.”

“I recently purchased a sectional for my family room at Living Spaces, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding service I received. Erika was absolutely the PERFECT salesperson for me. She is very engaging, extremely knowledgeable, and so helpful throughout the entire process of choosing the right sofa. She also helped me select the fabric, and her knowledge in that area was just as impressive. What stood out most was that she made the experience feel personal — I honestly felt like I gained a friend, not just worked with a salesperson. I also want to mention Adam, the cashier, who helped process the credit portion of the purchase. He was also very pleasant to work with. What really stood out to me was how friendly both Erika and Adam were. That is getting harder and harder to find these days, and it's something I appreciate. They made me feel comfortable and taken care of, never pressured. Buying furniture can be stressful, but they made the whole experience feel easy, pleasant, and personal. That kind of genuine friendliness stays with people. I will highly recommend Erika to any of my friends who are looking to buy. She is a Gem!!! You lucked out Living Spaces!!!”

“Stephanie helped us on 2 different occasions. She was great at answering our questions and being very patient with us finding an end table to complete our purchase. Sammi was so knowledgeable in helping us select a mattress. She listened to what we needed and helped us find a great choice for our guest bedroom. It was great to be able to get our living room furniture and mattress all in 1 place.”

“Well first off no pushy sales people. Secondly great selection. And third , after I was set on our selection, I found a sales person, Shoup that was able to answer all questions about our selection and not once did I fell pressured to purchase anything. That speaks a lot about this store.”

“Amazing experience. We worked with Kristine to find our perfect mattress. She was helpful and personable. Truly made it a seamless shopping trip. The delivery drivers were professional and arrived exactly when expected. Would recommend and will be back to this location for sure!”

“Luis had his training shirt on and proud to assist with our questions. His ability to explain the intricacies of the mattress' temperature controls was helpful. He showed cared and compassion towards our needs. Kate is an excellent and respectful representative. She truly made the coach purchase journey fun and engaging. She was aware of our comfort needs and led our journey with confidence. Love her energy and artistic desgin advice!! Overall learned a ton of good information and i now have a better understanding about purchasing furniture with sytle and logic in mind. We look forward to telling everyone about our experience !!”
