“Absolutely will NEVER shop here again! 7 DAY return/exchange policy is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! Bar stool started falling apart on day 3 so I ordered new ones from a much better company that I love so much better. I assumed like most people that things have a 30-90 day return policy but nope I contacted them on day 10 and that's what I was told! I was moving into a new home and needed seating so that's why I went ahead and ordered more bar stools under the assumption that I could return the living spaces soon, but that's not how this company operates! I will absolutely be telling every social media outlet, friends, family EVERYONE to not shop here! How is anyone supposed to know if they love something or if its not going to be a faulty product in 7 days! Do better Living Spaces! “They delivered recliners sofas to us on February 5, 2026, and were not properly assembled, as they left separate from each other and not connected properly to each other on their bases, resulting in moving
Also, Some of the sofas are missing the small lower button support, making them unstable when we sit on them.
And when we called them, they refused to come and fixed it even though we bought a warrant from them
Before buying they said I have 30 days to return the sofas, but they refuse to cancel the order and refund our money back”
“Purchased a motorized sectional and the motor doesn't work after 6 months on one recliner. Communication is poor with the Care Free Warranty. We were told someone would reach out to us in 2-3 days after waiting 2 weeks. Here we are a month into a broken piece of furniture and now we're told 8-12 weeks to wait for a part. I have had to do all the calling and tracking down of information. NOT HAPPY!”
“I am extremely disappointed with this company’s service.
My furniture was originally scheduled to be delivered on the 17th. On the evening of the 16th, I received a phone call saying the delivery was being delayed until the 24th. Then, on the 19th, I received another email stating it was delayed again.
When I called for clarification, no one could give me a clear answer on when it would actually be delivered. I was told it might arrive sometime between the 1st and the 5th — with no guarantee and no real explanation. There was absolutely no resolution offered other than “that’s just how it is.”
This level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I’m now left just waiting, fully expecting to be told on the 1st that it’s delayed yet again.

“Brand new bed broke after a few months in July/Aug. The warranty replacement never arrived. Had to call back in late October asking what is going on with the bed frame they were going to fix? They never reached out to me for months hoping I would disapear i guess. Well they finally told me the bed was no longer in production due to defective engineering. So they offered a new bed frame which took nearly another few months to get to me. When they arrived, they told me that the bed that's broken needs to be removed.However, the representatives of living spaces told me that the bed frame would be removed by the people.Installing the new bed and that they would dispose of it.So they lied to me.And I had to figure out how to cut this up with a saw, because I didn't put the bed together.I paid for the bed to be assembled.So I don't have the tools to disassemble it.And I had to basically cut this whole thing up rushing to get it out of my house, and to have no way of disposing it. This company lied, and then they tried to claim that they had some sort of disclaimer that says that upon delivery, the bed needs to be removed.But their representatives on multiple occasions over the past several months told me that the bed would be removed by them.So they lied to me.And then last minute they're telling me that I need to figure out what to do with the broken bed, even though they're the ones that installed it, they used their tools.And they're the ones that brought it here.So they need to take it back and they refuse to take it back. I would never do business with this company ever again.And I suggest that no one else does.Their beds are made like s***.They're straight out of just the crappiest materials ever.And the bed that I got is even crappier than the bed that I had previously from a construction standpoint, and i'm sure that this bed's gonna fall apart too. Don't buy their stuff it's hot garbage”
“We had 6 theatre chairs delivered and put together. The room for them wasn't ready yet, it was still under construction so we didn't examine them. We just went down to look at them and the handles for the recliners were all on backwards so they wouldn't recline. My husband tried to fix them but the screws are stripped. I called the headquarters because you can not get ahold of the store where you made your purchase. They told me since it was more than seven days,(the chairs are still under cover and have never been used), I had to file a warranty claim. I looked at the warranty and it states that things that happen during delivery are not covered. I spoke to a supervisor and she could have cared less. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. I will never shop there again and would suggest anyone who reads this to buy your furniture at a reputable furniture store. There are plenty in Denver and I am sure after spending the money we did on 6 recliners, 8 club chairs and 2 tables they would be happy to help! Bad processes at Living Spaces.”
“I went to the store twice and both times I had to find a sales associate to help me. I found a recliner to purchase and since it was a store display I had to purchase and bring home myself. They offered to wrap it up and help load it in my truck. This is where I screwed up, I didn't double check the wrap job. It needed more wrapping around the top of the chair because it got scuffed. I know it got scuffed when they were pushing in back in my truck.
I call customer service and there is nothing they can do about it since it was the last one and all sales are final. Anyhow, it was an 700. recliner and not a 5k couch. I will not be shopping here again!! EVER!!
Also, after calling the 800 number overseas they told me I need to contact the manager. THE STORE DOES NOT HAVE A DIRECT NUMBER. The only way to contact the manager is to go back to the store.”
“I purchased furniture from Living Spaces on 9/22/2019. When we purchased this furniture, we were told that if we also purchased the Care Free warranty, then after 5 years of not using the warranty, we would be refunded for the warranty. We were informed that we would receive a letter from Living Spaces with the refund some time after the five years. Five years past and I called Living Spaces regarding the warranting. Apparently, although never meantioned to us or noted on the paperwork provided, they will only honor the refund if you contact Living Spaces within 90 days of the policy expiring. This was never noted. Also, when we called Living Spaces prior to its expiration, we were never informed of this policy either. We were just informed that we would receive a letter with the refund. What a scam -- now we are unable to recieve the refund for the Care Free insurance because we are past the 90 days. Plus, I have paid for the care free plan for other furniture that I have purchased over the past few years and can now see that is a waste. I would like the refund for the care free plan!”

“We bought a new area rug. The smell from the said rug was horrible. But it took me a little while to realize that it was the rug that was causing the putrid smell so by the time I had illiminated everything else and finally removed the rug into my garage I had passed the 7 day return. But surely if they sold me a rug that smells then I could return it? No! I was told by Katy Living spaces that they would clean it but at my expense! I asked to talk with the manager who relayed to his minion that I could come into Katy LIVING SPACES and talk to him but he will tell me exactly the same. Please do not spend your well earned cash in this store. I have bought many things from there as an expat furnishing my new home here and recommended them to other's but never again .”
“Spent $3,200 on a beautiful couch. We’ve never spent so much money on furniture. What a mistake! Within a year, 2 cushions are tearing apart and because we waited just a couple weeks too long, Living Spaces will do nothing to make it right. We don’t have young kids who jump on couches or anything that will harm our furniture. Their furniture is junk and their management obviously don’t care.”

I would strongly advise you not to make the same mistake I made and ignore all the other reviews. There are many more furniture stores in the area and I will be taking my business to one of them. “Living Spaces sold me a warranty under false pretenses and now they refuse to rectify it. They do not care about their customers and the hard-earned money we spend; they only care about finding ways to get more money out of us. If you're considering buying furniture here... DO NOT PURCHASE THE 5-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY. It is a ploy to get more money out of you. They will lie to you and say that you can use it for anything at anytime, when you in fact cannot. They will tell you that you will get a refund, but that is a lie too. They will give you store credit that you will have to match to use. Then when you realize you've been lied to and complain about it, they brush you off because the transaction was 5 years ago, but I can't get my money back until the warranty is up so what sense does that make! They will continue to lie to you about having someone call you back and will ignore any efforts to resolve the matter. All I want is my warranty money back for being cheated and lied to, which is a small portion in comparison to what I spent for the furniture. 5 years later, I don't think that's too much to ask to feel like I'm being treated somewhat fairly after the dishonesty I've experienced. If they did this to me, I can only imagine how many others they've cheated and how much richer they are because of it. I will never shop here again, and I will discourage anyone I know from going here because of how little they value their customers.”

“If you are looking for honesty from a company don’t shop here. I have waited over a month for my furniture. I was told the delivery date was 2/11/24. No one called to schedule so I called them. I was told my furniture had arrived that day. I asked to have it delivered and was told it has to be inspected but someone would be texting to set up the delivery. No one called. I called 5 days later and now being told my furniture did not arrive and they cannot give me a date. They tell you they are going to “escalate” your complaint but no one calls from the “expedited” office”
