“Luciana was patient and helpful! So, 5 stars to her but your phone rep not so much. She couldn’t even find my order when I tried to submit it 2 days later. It was in my cart! AI same thing. My in-person visit to Centennial store was 5-star from front desk to checkout! I like the style, color and pricing of my sofa.”

“The sales person whose name was Rena was spectacular. She spent hours with me checking out chairs that were comfortable for my old back. She was patient knowledgeable and anything you could ask for in a person in the store. what I don’t like is their rules that you can’t buy chairs separately from tables for some of their items. That’s why I only gave it four stars but if you mention the service I got from Rena and even the manager of the store, I would give it five stars.”

“The only disappointment was that Living Spaces doesn’t offer Military discount as two other furniture stores in town do. The Salesman was very thorough throughout the sales process. Very happy with the sectional we selected.”

“I've recommended Las since my initial purchase and I will continue recommending people. The warranty they offer (at the store when I purchased), was the biggest rain for my decision to but here. My take came from the factory with damage and they immediately resolved the issue. First they sent someone out to see if they could fix (unsuccessful), and then replaced the item within the week. Well, that warranty changed. My take had a rough spot in the seem for the leaf. The stain may not have taken will, but the area started to discolor and area got bigger. When I did call I was updated that a third party was more facilitating their warranty claims. And let's just say that the extra treats of warranty seems to have been more of a money grab for Living Spaces, because this 3rd party company doesn't stand by the warranty Living Spaces offered at purchase. They may want to figure this out before the Facebook group of unhappy people decides to get a team of grimy attorneys and tries to sure for not providing services as promised.”

“I was not mobbed by sale people, they let me walk around to see what was available. When I had questions they were very helpful. When I decided there was something of interest, my salesman DC was very helpful. It was a quick and easy transaction.”

“The products are great and the salespeople are nice. They obviously have a pretty aggressive sales training which is a little annoying. I want to look around without being approached so often. But they are friendly and I still go to the store.”
