“This was our first time in the store and we’re amazed with not only the supply and show room set up, but the customer service and hospitality was next to none. Not to mention they have FREE soda, coffee and water with a bar that has VERY affordable snacks and alcoholic drinks all under $3. The quality of their care not only in the store but with the delivery team was superior to comparable companies. We have a touch entry into our apartment and they continued and kept trying until it made it in. God bless this company. Call out to Teaven! Thank you, Zach and Morgan”

“Everyone was extremely helpful and worked with us throughout our shopping time. We went to two different locations and worked with Chantel at the Humble location and Danielle at Central Houston location. Both were willing to assist us and help build a cart between the two. “Amazing place, and thats an understatement! I’d give more than five stars if I could. First off, the company in general has redesigned the way of buying furniture in a way that makes sense. They removed the worry of salesmen tactics by having no competition with commission, they just flat out pay their workers well. That alone had me and my wife washed with comfort. I come from a sales background and that is just unheard of and seriously refreshing. The incentives designed for the customer make you feel spoiled. 5 year warranty, free cleanings, and if you never have it replaced, you get your fee of having the warranty refunded to you! (What?!?!?). Now second, huge shoutout to Cody! He is the one who had helped us from beginning to end and made me and my family feel welcomed. He happily catered to our constantly changing ideas with genuine enthusiasm. Oh and I can’t leave out the fact that our daughter enjoying herself safely in a play place that brought me and my wife memories of nostalgia. The place throughout has everyone that’s involved feeling stress free. I will forever go out of my way to have my family and loved ones go here for all of their future needs because honestly, anything else, simply pales in comparison.”

“When we wanted to browse, they pointed us to the right area and let us browse. When we needed assistance, there were always staff nearby who were genuinely helpful. When we had selected a couch, Michael offered fabric swatches and even walked us over to see other floor models with the fabrics we liked. No pressure. No commission. Great service. Whatever model this is, it is working!”
