“From start to finish the process took about 25 days. Shervin Modir was professional, responsive and reliable. The way he pushed for my closing to take place before a scheduled trip i had previously planned is what i would refer to as the epitome of customer service. I also worked with Jack in processing during my underwriting process he was extremely patient and went above and beyond to explain or find solutions for issues that we encountered with the underwriting. This team is top notch and I honestly could not have worked with a better team. Reliable, Knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be coming back to loan guys for my future mortgage needs.”

“LoanGuys closed my loan in less than 14 days! My loan officer Nate was on top of my file. He would call me everyday and provided updates on my loan. I bought a $350,000 duplex in Georgia that generates very high cash flow. LoanGuys was extremely fast at closing my loan. I am planning to purchase two more rental properties with them. “I almost lost about $225k of my inheritance funds to a self acclaimed broker I met through Telegram and promised me a 35% return on every of my investment including bonuses. I quickly invested because I was seeking financial freedom not knowing I was only trying to enrich someone else. “I have been making regular payments on a loan that was opened in January 2021, but my lender did not report my account to the credit bureaus until September same year. When this account popped up on my credit report, it showed that I had only made two payments even though I had not missed a single payment. I filed a dispute with the credit bureaus and contacted my lender to fix the problem on my credit report. They've been back and forth for months now with no signs of repair. “I have never gone out of my way to right a review for a company but I really owe it to loan guys! I have had multiple successful experiences with loan guys and have felt nothing but professionalism and genuine desire to close quickly and efficiently. I dealt with very little time stalls that were well within reason since their team was very communicative about it all and reassured me about any questions or worries I dealt with throughout the whole process. Loan guys made their best efforts to provide an affordable and manageable service for me and I would without a doubt work with them again.”
