“Horrible and unprofessional service and business. I ordered a pair of shoes for the first time and within 24hours, I emailed to cancel it. They notified my request email and said they would get back to me. Instead the next email I received was the shipping notification. So I thought I was going to return the product when I received it. A few days later, another email from them came to notified me and apologized for the product was actually out of stock and therefore they couldn’t ship to me….. so I went back to the shipping notification email and checked the tracking number which was not mine because the destination was completely different location, Puerto Rico while I live in California! So basically they lied about the shipment and charged my credit card for the product that they didn’t have! In their apology email, they didn’t even give me full refund option. They were whether if I would wait till next week when they get the products, or replace with other product. I demanded for a full refund which they were reluctant to. When they finally did, they subtracted shipping cost, which was about $10 and shipping that never took place! I had to explain again about the credit card charge for non existing product and so no shipping took place. Then finally they refunded the shipping fee at the end. I was so furious about their unprofessional business practices. After my angry email, they asked how they out make it up to me. So I said it would be nice if they will give me some discount code with a free shipping for a future purchase that might happen. I have not received any response for that. No way, I will ever go back to them and buy any Loci products, period.”
“Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with this shoe company. From the start these felt a lot more uncomfortable than another vegan shoe company I purchased from. They refused to give me back a refund and within a few days my shoes began to have these horrible brown stains all over them after getting wet. I contacted customer service and they said this is common with recyclable materials. Never experienced this before. They still refused to give me back my money. I spent almost $150 on these shoes. Then they said they would send me a new pair of a different material. They ended up sending me a huge men’s size shoe and said they accidentally made a mistake. That was the end of our conversation and now I have to wear these shoes Covered in brown stains that will not come out. I have pictures to prove. Plus my feet hurt so much. I purchased insoles to replace and that did not help. Their insoles are made out of cork screw material. Never again will I purchase from here.”
“I made an order on the 20th June 2024, and was sent a confirmation email, it’s says that it takes a maximum of 6 days for them to fulfil the order. It has been 8 days now and I have not received an update on what is happening with my order. I have emailed their customer support 4 times now and no one is giving me a response as to what is happening and there has not been an update on the tracking website either. This is very terrible customer service as I paid £160 for my Nicki Minaj shoes only for me not to receive them. Terrible terrible company this was my first and last time ordering from these people. Never again will I ever buy anything from them again.”
“I bought my first pair of Loci shoes and these were rated as a good comfortable walking shoe. I wear no show socks and the tongue was so sharp and rubbed into my skin creating blisters. Very painful and disappointing.”
