“I had an extremely disappointing experience with Locus Assignments involving two separate orders.
The first order was my own assignment. I paid for a Distinction-level service and gave them clear instructions, feedback, guidance documents and repeated correction requests. I had to ask for the same changes many times, but they still failed to complete the work properly. The work was not only late according to the deadline agreed with them, but worse than that, they sent the final version after my university submission deadline had already passed. This meant I lost the opportunity to submit the work on time. A file delivered after the university deadline is not a usable delivery.
The assignment also had major issues before the deadline, including missing requirements, weak sections, word count problems and incomplete corrections. I repeatedly explained what needed to be fixed, but they kept delaying and sending work that was still not ready. Despite this, they refused to take proper responsibility.
The second order was for my wife. She also paid for a Distinction-level service, but the final result was only around 60-something percent, far below the level advertised and paid for. Instead of offering even a partial refund, they asked us to send the university feedback so they could “fix” the assignment and send it back. This makes no sense because the grade was already final and there was no option to resubmit the assignment after marking.
In both cases, the service delivered did not match what was promised. One order was delivered too late to be used because the university deadline had already passed, and the second order achieved a result far below the paid Distinction-level service. Refund requests were avoided, communication became poor, and they failed to take accountability.
In my experience, this company overpromises, underdelivers and avoids responsibility when things go wrong. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before using this service.”
