“Only used one so far for a pizza. I put the toppings on and then into the oven for mins. In hindsight I should have fried it lightly to make it crispier but that is my fault not Lo Doughs. Good taste!”

“I really like this product. It is a good alternative to classic bread products. It makes my keto diet easier to bear on those days that I would love having a wrap/pizza/sandwich but I don't want to spoil all the hard work to get to ketosis status. I will be purchasing again and I would highly raccomend it.”

“I made a few ham pizzas using Lo-Dough at the weekend. If you follow the manufacturer's cooking guide carefully then they come out really well. For example, you need to spread the tomaoto sauce right to the edge of the base or they curl up and burn, and I also cooked them on one side in a pan to crisp them up before I put the toppings on. They turned out really well, and they were tasty. Even my Italian (pizza-lover) husband said they were good, and when you think how low in calories they are (I think 330 for a mozzarella and ham pizza), why not have another?!”

“I made two pizzas, one as is and the other frying lightly in a small amount of oil. Both were good . I followed the directions of covering all the base with ingredients. Yummy and guilt free.”

“Thought I’d give lo-dough a try and really wasn’t sure what to expect. Well.... it’s a total game-changer. Can’t get over how versatile 1 little piece of Lo-dough can be!!! Absolutely love it!!! No more compromise on a low- carb diet. Yay!”

“This is s fantastic and very versatile product. However it has become very expensive the more popular it has become, which is not great. If lo dough aren't careful, they will lose loyal customers”

“Really tasty alternative to bread. I’ve used as a pizza base, breakfast wrap and quiche base so far. Lots more recipes to try. I follow the Slimming World plan and these are only 2syns each compared to 6syns + for an average wrap. Happy customer! One thing I’d like to see is a resealable pack, as I tend to use one and keep the other in the fridge overnight using clingfilm.”

“I'm absolutely in love with Lodough products. As I'm into fitness - trying to stay fit, stick to my healthy diet but I also love to enjoy nice meals. Lodough is absolutely an amazing for it!! Healthy pizza, burrito, brownie...whatever you like!! Calories are just an incredible and fibre is great !! Can't recommend enough - you have to try! It's gonna change you boring diet !! :))”
