“This was the first time I have used logicalskincare. I was very happy with the competitive prices and the the fast delivery.
There was only one little thing one of my products the seal was not quite open but on it last little thread and as it was for a present it doesn’t look great! However overall I happy with everything else.”
“Delivery was speedy and free however the product had leaked all over the box so that was annoying as the product is expensive and have lost quite a bit”

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that your product had leaked in the box. If you had contacted us directly we would have advised you that we would take the product back and replace it with a new one. There must have been something wrong with the seal or pump deeming the product faulty.
It's still possible to return, so please get in touch if you wish to follow these steps.

If there is ever a delay in posting, we always contact our customers to make sure that they aware of any delay and also give them to opportunity to cancel an order. Otherwise, the delay is not down to Logicalskincare as orders placed by 2pm are dispatched same day Monday to Friday. It may be a delay on the part of Royal Mail which is, of course, beyond our control.
