Thank you for review. As you've made a few points we thought it would be worth clarifying things for you. We have put a line at the top of all our confirmation emails at the moment that there may be a delay in dispatching orders as we depend on deliveries coming to us on time and these are sometimes delayed at the moment. There isn't much more we can do to protect our orders as we already box this type of product and pad the box is padded with bubble wrap which we think is what you mean by wrapped in plastic as your order for this product always is. We do know that Royal Mail are as busy at the moment as they are at Christmas so they may not have handled your box with as much care as usual, although this is no excuse for mishandling. We hope this reponse helps.
