Disappointed that the item I really wanted was refunded. Why have it for sale if it’s out of stock?

THIS COMPANY WAS THE ONLY ONE SELLING THE PRODUCT I WAS LOOKING FOR SO I WAS HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. IVE SUBSEQUENTLY FOUND OUT THIS ITEM WAS A FREE GIT AND WAS NOT FOR RESALE. IM DISAPPOINRED IN THIS AND WILL NOT USE OR RECOMMEND LOGICALSKINCARE IN THE FUTURE.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are not sure what you mean by your item was not for resale? Are you talking about one of the items your purchased or your free gift? We are an authorised Dermalogica retailer and always conduct our business in accordance with the Dermalogica brand. We would not sell an item which states not for resale. Re my last order. Had problems with website and Oder didn’t go through.. Got email from your company who recognised the issue. When I went to place the order again the price had increased. I emailed your company in this regard and didn’t get a reply which was disappointing.. I finally ordered at the increased price having compared other websites. I have used your services in the past which were a much better experience.

Really impressed how quick my moisturiser came but I emailed them twice with the same query regarding a cleanser but no one responded. This has happened twice before a few months ago (even before current situation of closures so they can’t blame it on shortage of staff or limited access to emails etc). Which is a shame because I will have to buy a cleanser from somewhere else...

Hello, We did receive your questions about the double cleanse duo and replied at 12.36pm on the same day, 15 minutes after your email came into us. We would say this is pretty good service. Perhaps you've just missed it? Perhaps it went into your junk mail? It's very disappointing to get a negative review from you as you've bought many times from us and frequently ask questions to which we always reply. Overall I am satisfied, however I didn’t get 5% discount on my first order although I was subscribed on newsletter from the beginning, there was no Jane Iredale PurePressed mineral foundation available (although it is one of their bestsellers). Also I had my £70+ Dermalogica order on Black Friday and got only free samples, while tomorrow there was a free set worth £29 free. Such a pity.

Hello Ivana, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We just wanted to respond to some of your points. You need to enter a code to get the discount for signing up to our newsletter. We're not sure if you did that and you can always contact us if you have difficulty with the code. There is an option to ask for a stock notification if a product is out of stock and we will notify you when it comes back into stock. We're very sorry that you were disappointed to just receive 3 samples but there was no free gift on Black Friday as many of our products were discounted and this was the offer for the day. Good morning, The product you were sent is an upgraded product to the one you used to buy. It won't be possible for us now to get the old product from Dermalogica as they no longer stock this product so it is, in fact the correct product. Regards. Logicalskincare Team

Cannot comment on service as yet as I have not received my order. Received an email to say they were awaiting order from the suppliers. So in that respect good that I am informed of this.

Delivery was speedy and free however the product had leaked all over the box so that was annoying as the product is expensive and have lost quite a bit

If you had contacted us directly we would have advised you that we would take the product back and replace it with a new one.
