“Logosymetry do not have the expertise required for website development but they market themselves as such. They can only design logo but not website development, don't waste your money.
They will promise you heaven and earth at the sales point, but do not get the job done as they don't have the expertise to deliver what they have promised you. I have exactly similar experience like the other bad reviews. Brian is their sales person and he made all sorts of attractive offers for website development including learning management system, e-commerce, introduction video etc, but none has been done. My project was designated to Desmond as the project manager, who I have never seen, even when I requested to see him via zoom , it was somebody else that logged on, giving excuses that he was ill. They seem dodgy as they avoid any conversation over video conferencing platform to hide their identity. I have so far paid £1750, the work was promised to be done in four weeks and this is four months now, still not completed . They have been avoiding my calls and not responding to my emails until today. I am looking into taking legal action if this is not resolved asap.”

“Complete waste of time & money.
Only went with them as I'm so busy to create a logo myself. I thought they'd get the brief, make a logo (within 2 days) and I'd get the file.
After 6 pressurized phone calls, 20 emails, 12 awful, amateur logos... they created a logo with a font I had to choose myself.
The standards of their "designs" are nothing like the ones advertised on their website.
I wish I saved my money & used Fiverr.”
“Guys, Please be Very careful from this company. They will take your money and not provide you with the services they promise.
I signed up with Logo Symmetry in July and it took well over 4 months to agree on a logo and they team couldn't get the design right.
I ended up designing the logo and sending them the files to make minor adjustments and alterations and send it back to me after a month of being blanked and ignored.
I then purchased from them business cards which were meant to the of high quality but was the absolute worse quality ever and the colours were completely off.
I reported this as soon as I received the cards, Made several complaints and now I am blocked as they dont want to refund/ reprint and continue the services they promised.
They are a fraud and they will block you completely.
