“30k ip is just barely enough to buy an ap and ad rune page. And 16 champions to play ranked. You wont make it with 20k ip. So if you want to play ranked right away u should pay more. Once o bought the account i got it instandly. That is quite nice, could change the @mail and password straight away and i dont have any problems since.
