Your account was indeed banned - we had a small banwave and we contacted all the affected people (around 15 people) to choose between a refund or replacements.
All emails are answered within 8 hours, our support is trying to answer them as fast as possible (with 3-4 hours average response time).
You got your money back within 24 hours after you replied to the email asking for a refund. The reason for a delay in the refund is because we have to process it with our financial department and accounting department.
