“Poor communication
2 weeks & still waiting for a refund
Happy to take your money asap but unfortunately I’m still waiting for a refund for a return I made in December!”
“I bought a box of your socks for my husband last Christmas, I washed at 30 degrees, and they have all shrunk, and are uncomfortable to wear. Very disappointed to say the least.”
“Really pleasant customer experience. Extremely nice packaging and communication about the product. Rating would have been higher if not the feeling that the product seems to be overpriced to me. If they're claiming this is a new company etc. they don't have a lot of overhead costs as yet I assume, and the brand is not that recognisable to justify such a big margin in my opinion.”
