“I was dreading the process for signing up or enrolling in Medicare and other plans. It was a lucky day for me when I received an electronic ad for Lone Star Medicare and decided to respond. Agent Ben Rodríguez was the individual who took me as a client; again, I was fortunate to have connected with him. The educational information provided by Ben and Lone Star Medicare was stellar and assisted me in 1)calming my dread and 2)learning more of the Medicare system and enrollment. Ben guided me through the process and was a patient professional who had my best interest at heart. His follow-up with me was, and is, appreciated and is to be commended.”

“Ben Rodriguez was exactly what I needed to decipher the mounds of information I had mailed to me from several different health insurance companies. He was always kind and patient no matter how "out of it" I may have seemed. My only question is, do I contact Humana for my dental and vision insurance or is this something else that Ben can help me with? I have already enrolled in Medicare and made a supplemental payment. Again, many thanks to Ben for EVERYTHING!”

“Well I only had contact with Be Rodriguez, but as he represents Lone Star Medicare, I guess this applies to LSM. He look a long time to work through all the details of Medicare plan, even explaining the details that are probably oblivious to everyone else. He also returned calls when he said he would and took my calls immediately. I hope that continues in the future. It was a relief to get this Part of retirement over and done with and Ben made it as painless as possible.”
