“Well I only had contact with Be Rodriguez, but as he represents Lone Star Medicare, I guess this applies to LSM. He look a long time to work through all the details of Medicare plan, even explaining the details that are probably oblivious to everyone else. He also returned calls when he said he would and took my calls immediately. I hope that continues in the future. It was a relief to get this Part of retirement over and done with and Ben made it as painless as possible.”

“The representative was easy to understand and was happy to answer all my questions. And before getting off the phone with me he made sure I had his number so if I have more questions after I get my packet. He also said that if I wasn't happy with the plan I chose I could change it”

“It is a very busy time of year for us and working with Ben was quite painless and my insurance was provided in a timely manner. (if the application is approved, that is) Applying for supplement insurance over the phone was very important as saved time and I did not have to meet with Ben in person.”
