“In my confusion of seeking guidance for Medigap coverage and a prescription drug plan, I found Med & Life. Mr. Ben Rodriquez is professional, personable, extremely efficient and has gone the extra distance to make sure I have the best coverage as I enter into retirement years. “Ben was excellant at enlighting me in all the confusion I had with medigap insurance. He was kind and understanding and heard my concerns and my needs. Informed me of best policies to do what I wanted from the insurance and staying with in my means . I love him . I would tell anyone about this company and the agent I have.”

“My dealing was with Ben Rodriquez. (Sp). He was very easy to talk to, explained all my options in a way that was understandable to the average person. When i had a question he was quick to answer and if he couldn't he found the answer for me within 24 hrs or less. Very pleased, I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing help with medicare.”

“The representative Ben Rodriguez found the perfect solutions for my mom's medicare supplement and prescription needs. I was trying to figure these things out on my own but I have never heard of most of the medicare information. I gave Ben the information he needed and he found some different products for my mom then he explained what he chose and why, like laws that govern what was available to her. I am very happy.”

“Ben has been very thorough in enrolling me in the Medicare program for the first time. He helped me select suitable coverage which includes health fitness at my YMCA and that was very important to me. He also checked on my fitness coverage when the Y couldn't find me in their database because they were looking in the wrong one! He has answered every question and supplied all info I needed.”

“I spoke with 3 different insurance agents concerning my Medicare Supplement Insurance and all 3 came back with the same coverage however I was impressed with Ben Rodriguez on our phone call and so I chose to use him. I also had a meeting in person with Ben to complete the application process because I wanted to meet him face to face and I was impressed with him in person as well. He was very helpful during the entire process. The insurance company had made an error in putting my information and Ben was on top of that with the insurance company to have that resolved. I have already told one friend that will be 65 later this year that when he starts looking for his coverage that I want him to contact Ben and he told me that since I had such good things to say about Ben, he would contact him. I will recommend Ben to anyone that I know who is turning 65.”

“As a former state of Texas employee I worked in SNAP, Medicaid and Tanf eligibility. I worked for the OIG and investigated fraud and non fraud overpayments. I represented the state in Administrative hearings and served as a specialist for the Ombudsmen. I also worked as a Child Support officer and wrote establishment court orders and represented the state in court on enforcement orders. I consider myself an intelligent person who can read and understan complex policy. However, understanding Medicare and trying to figure out my options as a disabled person under 65 was a frustrating and confusing process. I am grateful to Ben Rodriguez for taking the time to explain all my options and finding a plan that not only fit my needs but also stayed within my budget. Thanks for having womderful, caring people like Ben in your employ.”
