“Extremely courteous on line and very helpful. Delivered as scheduled with very polite staff. Stayed in touch until the delivery date so we knew what was happening. Kept to toming and promised.”

“Initially nervous to place an order with Long Eaton rather than my usual home store. However, fears unfounded. Good, smooth service from placing my order to delivery. A slight hiccup with the delivery date which straddled a bank holiday, but not a major problem. Would not hesitate to place orders in the future”

“Seamless process after a phone discussion to confirm choices. Delivery was first class with the two person drop very helpful as the house has some quirky access points. Now in the process of fitting out a new kitchen and looking forward to using the appliances.”

“Looking on your website for the "leave a review "tab. I would like to say that the lovely customer care I received and advice from Micheal was really appreciated. I have been looking for a replacement Under Counter Fridge and have had my mind blown by so many merchants. However, Micheal was helpful and understanding, although I could have potentially got my appliance slightly cheaper I have ordered with LEA in confidence thanks to Micheal. “bad start... delivery company brought the SMEG range cooker in a van with no tail lift.so cooker had to be taken off pallet and carried into my garage..on inspection it had a broken glass door.....thank fully Long Eaton compensated us for the troubles..it it was not for the very poor delivery service i would have given 5 stars”

“I bought a number of kitchen appliances from Long Eaton the majority of which I have been very pleased with, apart from a range coooker that we have had numerous problems with since we bought it few years ago. However We are extremely pleased that Sally (at Long Eaton) has now managed to get a new replacement range cooker from the company for us! Extremely good customer service! I have recommended the company to other friends who have also been pleased with the prices and service. Many thanks”
