“I odered the elan rangemaster Cooker because I had it yrs ago but left in the house we sold never had a cooker has good since so decided to go to appliance company long eaton has they were the cheapest deal very affeciant service polite and very quick at delivering the delivery men were very helpful has well would really recommend them will be buying from them again thank you and well done”

“The company had a good knowledge of the fridge freezer range and advised me of the correct one to source and came up with a competitive price. The delivery was quick and the delivery team very helpful and positioned the goods where they were going to be located. In the past, I have used Long Eaton Appliance and when we ordered the wrong products, they happily swapped them for the correct goods with an immediate turnaround. Highly recommend the company”

“My mother has had a complete new kitchen and all appliances supplied and fitted by the Long Appliance Company. She has been thrilled with the results. The cost of the appliances were excellent. She cannot praise the workmen enough. They were extremely professional, kind and polite. They informed my mum each day regarding what would be happening, and if there was a delay, they ensured she was aware. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day and they ensured my mum was able to use as much as possible. From the quote to the end result, she (and myself) have been extremely pleased and impressed”

“Ordered six appliances when refitting kitchen. Offered alternative models as unable to secure some Neff appliances for quick delivery. Good communication via email and phone and delivered as expected. Good prices and price matched alternative models. Recommended company to a friend and they also were happy with the service.”
