“A great local company to deal with we recently had an issue with our Blomberg Fridge Freezer the matter was taken up on our behalf by Sally in customer care and she arranged for a replacement to be installed FOC. In this day and age it makes a very pleasant change to have a customer care department that actually does care for their customers well done all round. We will certainly continue to recommend you to friends and family.”

“What a gem of a company, From the 1st phone call it was obvious Michael was a star man. We had over £3k of appliances delivered in under 2 weeks. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for electrical appliances to give Long Eaton a call!”

“I purchased three Miele appliances by phone as Long Eaton's prices were the most competitive. Customer service was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The appliances were delivered much earlier than the dates given and in perfect condition. They have now been installed and all work perfectly. Very happy from start to finish. Thank you Joe & Michael. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you.”

“I can't write a good review as I'm not sure of there being anything that could have been any better. I bought my appliance over the phone, Gareth Spencer spoke very nicely to me and he new his job and he was very pleasant, and gave me advise. My appliance was with me within 7 days brought by two very nice delivery men. I would use this company again when needs be. Thank you.”

“I ordered a new washer I used it for the first time and it was awful so noisey, I contacted them at the office. They ordered me another with no quibble and delivered it 4 days later. Excellent service would defiantly recommend this company. Always so polite and helpful when I called”

“Brilliant Company to order from.....ordering and paying was easy and straightforward. “Having missed out on a Black Friday deal from a national retailer, I googled the item and found it available at the same price from Long Eaton Appliances. After ordering, the company rang to arrange a delivery date. They were very happy to postpone until I was home after Christmas. When I rang to rearrange, they were great and found a suitable date. The driver rang to let me know what time they would be there so I could be home. Very quick and efficient delivery and an all round good experience. I'd definitely recommend them and buy from them again.”
