“Very easy with lockdown to telephone and go through the washing machine range I wanted. You couldn't do that on the internet with other suppliers. It arrived next day, excellent and very helpful and nice delivery drivers. M. Smith”

“Excellent good old fashioned service! delivery men were very helpful in getting my fridge freezer sorted and in position. I would not hesitate in using again next time I am in the market for appliances, prices were very competitive also.”

“Great company. I was sceptical at first as there are so many online appliance companies and I was worried about how the customer service would be if something went wrong. These guys were brilliant. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Not only do they price match but the customer service was fantastic when things didn’t quite go to plan! Would absolutely buy from them again.”

“We recently purchased 4 items from Long Eaton, Terry was very knowledgeable and helped guided us through our choice of products along with very competitive prices. Despite Covid 19 deliveries arrived to time. We have nothing but good to say about Long Eaton Appliance from sales through to the very amicable delivery guys, and would highly recommend them!”
