“I was pleased with the service that I received from Long Eaton Appliances I researched the product first and they were happy to price match John lewis.Product was delayed but they pulled out all the stops so that I got my neff double oven for christmas.”

“Excellent customer service. Extremely helpful in identifying suitable replacement for an existing (20 years old) item. We were kept updated on the progress of our order (3 large items) and delivery dates. Delivery was made on the date and time specified. One item was noted to be damaged when packaging was removed. This was replaced speedily. Very pleased and happy to recommend.”

Because the delivery firm had difficulty with the delivery, they were patient and good natured enough to re-arrange delivery and installation without hassle.
