“Excellent customer service. Extremely helpful in identifying suitable replacement for an existing (20 years old) item. We were kept updated on the progress of our order (3 large items) and delivery dates. Delivery was made on the date and time specified. One item was noted to be damaged when packaging was removed. This was replaced speedily. Very pleased and happy to recommend.”

“Long Eaton Appliance Company sold me an integrated SMEG washer/dryer at a very competitive price. Because the delivery firm had difficulty with the delivery, they were patient and good natured enough to re-arrange delivery and installation without hassle. They are truly a people oriented company that looks after its customers.”

“I do this with greatest of pleasure. We visited Long Eaton Appliance several times over a 3 month period to find exactly what we wanted . On our first visit a young man went through everything with us for the right oven for us, we went away to digest everything we'd been told , our subsequent visits were for induction hob information and looking at fridge freezers and dishwashers. We were never pester but someone was always on hand if we needed any help. Eventually we decided what we wanted , a Neff slide n hide oven, which I love , a Neff combination oven, Neff induction hob , which is fantastic - would never go back to gas, a Bosch larder fridge freezer and a Bosch dishwasher. We were contacted when they had them stock, but unfortunately our builders and fitters were running behind schedule, Long Eaton Appliance said that's not a problem and would happily keep them for us until we were ready . I would just add we did look elsewhere, but it came down to the friendliness and knowledge on their products and no pushing to buy, which was very refreshing. Well done and I would highly recommend to anyone”

“We had a large new kitchen fitted and we ordered all of our new appliances from Long Eaton, including sink, taps, range cooker, cooker hood, splash back, microwave and fridge. They matched any individual price l found on the Internet. All items were delivered free and on the agreed date.”
