“Bought a new Quooker tsp and cube. Contacted them because they were the cheapest but I will use them again. On 2 occasions I had to check details and they went above and beyond to help. Customer service was how you hope it will be but very often isnt. Highly recomend.”

“First-class service at a competitive price . A Simple process; we ordered online, Paid and received a delivery date within minutes. To be honest we did know what we wanted so there was very little searching. Competitive pricing, they were cheaper than AO ( who would price match, but why go to a company that won't give you the best price the first time ) I will definitely use Long Eaton again.”

“What a fantastic company. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Good showroom and then the telephone service for ordering was second to none. After our cooker was delivered we experienced a small problem, the team in customer services swung into action and a replacement part was delivered the very next day. You won't go wrong buying from this company, they price match too. Fitting and disposal of the old cooker was made very simple with their delivery service.”
