“placed an order on 18th May and immediately realised I'd ordered the wrong item. Immediately sent an e-mail advising you of my mistake. No reply. Tried phoning several times but never any answer. Sent another e-mail after the goods arrived and again tried phoning several times. Still no response. I'd like to return the goods. Please advise.”

“Delivery was prompt but one item that was ordered was not delivered but was charged for. According to the website orders over £15 are free delivery but I was charged £2.95. Tried to call Care Line on several occasions but no one answered. Sent email but still no response.”

“Goods are fine, delivery fine but, be happy with your purchases. Returns are free but getting a refund is real hard work. I had to use the resolution centre at Paypal in the end.”

“Firstly, I haven’t received any confirmation email so didn’t know what is going on with my order. A week later, We received wrong product and I sent complaints, but haven’t heard any respond from them. We are very disappointed of their service and will never order from them again :(”

“On the 23rd Dec 2017 I purchased 3 Ren Grab and Go Travel Kits from Saffron Pharmacy online from their website at a total cost of £54. Over 5 months later and I have received neither a refund or the products.”
