“Terrible. High prices and the use of the Post Office to deliver, with no tracking procedure available, means you end up having to trek to the sorting office to pick the package up. I will never use Look Eternal again. Bloody stupid name for a business anyway. I only deal with them because they were the only supplier in the UK which had any of the Australian product I required.”

“The products I ordered I have used before and they are brilliant. The price at Saffron Pharmacy beat everyone else's which is why I used them. I rang Saffron to find out whether they'd received my order as I hadn't received the items or any communication from them to explain why my order had been delayed. The day after making my phone call I received an email apologising for the delay, it took the items two weeks to arrive. So if you are after a good price and are prepared to wait, then Saffron is for you, if you need your items in a hurry, it may be worth going somewhere else. Comms need improving too.”
