“Loot.co.za Customer service is shocking. I received my coffee machine end August 2020. I notified them 12 Oct'20 that the machine is not working properly and they must collect the machine. They only picked up the machine 25 Oct. They confirmed that they have sent the machine for testing and will come back to me within 3-5 working day. It is day 7 and no feedback received yet. I have no words to express my disappointment. I will not recommend Loot to anyone.”

“I placed an order on the 31 May 2020 and up until today more than 50 days later, still no delivery, they just keep on postponing the delivery date.”

“Very poor ability to predict time to delivery. No feedback about items that haven't arrived. I won't use them again.”
